Our Support-On-Site package provides appropriate technical support resources at the customer’s location for “hands-on” installation, technical assistance, troubleshooting, complete system moves, or other activities as agreed.

- Software Installation and Setup
- Hardware Installation and Setup
- Software/Hardware Configuration
- Software/Hardware Customization
- Professional Product Training
- Professional Services Tips for increased Productivity
The Support-On-Site is charged on a daily rate that cannot be pro-rated for parts of a day (day is defined as not more than 8 hours). The daily rate does not include travel time and expenses which would be billed separately.
